By accessing or using GhostWall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Service Description
GhostWall provides AI-powered network threat detection and response capabilities. The Service:
- Monitors network traffic for suspicious patterns and known attack signatures
- Uses machine learning to detect anomalies and zero-day threats
- Automatically blocks or alerts on detected threats based on your configuration
- Provides human-readable incident summaries and response recommendations
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GhostWall only for:
- Protecting networks and systems you own or have authorization to monitor
- Legitimate security research and testing on your own infrastructure
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree NOT to:
- Monitor networks or systems without proper authorization
- Use the Service for malicious purposes or to aid in attacks
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security
Beta Program Terms
During the beta period:
- The Service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees
- Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice
- We may reset data or configurations as needed for testing
- Pricing is discounted and may change at general availability
- You agree to provide feedback on bugs, usability, and feature requests
Service Level & Availability
While in beta, we aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.
At general availability, we will provide formal SLAs with uptime commitments and credits for downtime.
Data & Privacy
Your use of GhostWall is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- You retain ownership of your network data and threat intelligence
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models
- We never share or sell your data to third parties
- You can export or delete your data at any time
Intellectual Property
GhostWall and its underlying technology, including all AI models, detection logic, and software,
are proprietary to GhostWall Security and protected by copyright, patent, and trade secret laws.
Limitation of Liability
GhostWall is a security tool, not a guarantee of protection. We are not liable for:
- Threats that evade detection (no security solution catches 100% of attacks)
- False positives that disrupt legitimate traffic
- Damages resulting from service outages or configuration errors
- Third-party breaches or attacks on your infrastructure
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GhostWall harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Unauthorized monitoring or use of the Service
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service at any time:
- You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice
- We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
- We may discontinue the beta program with 60 days' notice
Upon termination, you'll have 30 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via:
- Email notification to your account address
- In-app dashboard notification
- 30-day advance notice before changes take effect
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Binding arbitration if negotiation fails (costs split equally)
- Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
